Juliana was very pleasant and helpful and took care of all my insurance needs quickly and efficiently

Julieanna Craig was very professional and courteous in helping me with both my auto & home policies. I would highly recommend her and State Farm for all your insurance needs. She did not rush me or try to evade any of my questions. I feel very confident that anytime if I would have a question or an issue with my insurance that she and State Farm would be there for me.

Chris was very helpful. Answered all the questions I had. Chris also returned my calls within reasonable time frame.

I would like to thank Chris and Juliana for their service. I have been trying to reach “rich” for a few weeks now and he’s somehow “always unavailable” I think that he doesn’t want to do work and has others do it for him. I finally got these two and got done what I needed to get done on my account. I filed a claim a few weeks ago and have been trying to reach Rich for about 6 weeks now and he dodges my calls all the time. I recently learned he’s the boss at this location and honestly it’s not a good look that he doesn’t ever take calls or is/has always just stepped out of the office. Truly ridiculous he has others do his work for him. If you call this office ask for Chris or Juliana they will actually get things done for you!
