I have been trying to reach “rich” for a few weeks now and he’s somehow “always unavailable” I think that he doesn’t want to do work and has others do it for him. I finally got these two and got done what I needed to get done on my account. I recently learned he’s the boss at this location and honestly it’s not a good look that he doesn’t ever take calls or is/has always just stepped out of the office.
